About this wiki
Tōkon Wiki is an independent, fan-run guide and news companion for MARVEL Tōkon: Fighting Souls, the 2D tag-team fighting game from Arc System Works, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment in partnership with Marvel Games. We started early — well before the game's August 6, 2026 launch — so that the moment you pick up a controller, there's an accurate, well-organised resource waiting for you.
Our mission
We aim to be the most useful English-language fan resource for MARVEL Tōkon. That means comprehensive character breakdowns, system guides that actually teach you the mechanics, day-one news coverage, and combo references you can trust. Every article is written to help you understand the game, not just skim it.
How we research
Everything here is written by people who love fighting games. We draw on the official PlayStation Blog, Marvel.com, the game's reveal and gameplay trailers, State of Play presentations, and reputable reporting from outlets like GameSpot. We always say when something is confirmed versus still expected or based on Arc System Works convention. The game is pre-release, so we revise pages as new details land and always cite our sources.
Editorial standards (E-E-A-T)
We take accuracy seriously. Every codex entry and guide lists its sources. When we speculate — about frame data, precise meter names, or unrevealed mechanics — we say so clearly. Our writers have experience covering Arc System Works titles and the wider FGC. We update articles when information changes and note corrections transparently.
Original art & content
All illustrations on this site are original artwork created for the wiki in the spirit of the game's cel-shaded aesthetic — we do not host the game's copyrighted screenshots, logos or marketing art. Our writing is our own; we cite our sources rather than copying them.
